Fall in Evergreen Park

A new youth wrestling programme is about to start at Evergreen Park High School, and will be run by a former champion, Vladimir Anoshenko.

Anoshenko is the Belarusian National Champion, is a member of the Belarusian and soviet national teams, is a NJCAA National Champion and was the former assistant coach at Eastern Illinois University.

Dinamo Wrestling, as the club has been named, will provide training in Freestyle,  Folkstyle and Greco Roman wrestling. The four seasons across the year will focus on a specific style Pre season (fall) folkstyle season (late fall/winter) Freestyle (spring) and post season (summer).

The Dinamo Wrestling Club will provide training for 6 to 14 year olds, Anoshenko wants those juniors to realize thier potential through the sport of wrestling, the club aims to promote disciplin, self esteme, work ethic and respect, as well as a healthy body and lifestyle, all of which contribute to make champions.

Anoshenko ultimately wants to build national champions, world champions and Olympic champions out of these youth wrestlers.

The Club is taking enrolement on the Thursday 6th October 2011 from 6pm-8pm or Saturday 8th October from 9am-11am for the 2011/12 season. If you're aged between 6 and 14 and would like to train in the incredible sport of wreslting, get yourself along to Evergreen Park High Schools cafeteria.

To enrole for the Wrestling Season with the Dinamo Wrestling Club, parents will need to take a copy of the wrestlers birth certificate, Valid ID, and a check book.

If you're slighlty nervous about joining a group or would rather get some one on one time, Dinamo offers private lessons.
