1.  How do I return or exchange merchandise?

    Return Procedure:

•  Go to the CONTACT US page and e-mail us.

•  Describe the problem with the merchandise

•  Pack up the product in the original box with receipt enclosed

•  Use the pre-printed return label in your order box.

•  Mail an insured package to:

2.  What is your Return and Exchange policy?

    •    Immediate exchanges can be executed by contacting us at 1-866-595-1891. We can ship out your order simultaneous to receiving your exchanged item.
    •    If you receive an incorrect shipment please notify us within 3 days so it may be corrected immediately.
    •    We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges provided we receive the product within 30 days.
    •    All sales are final after 30 days unless merchandise is defective
    •    You can return most items for a full refund within 30 day
    •    Returned products must be returned in original packaging
    •    Returned products cannot be soiled, worn or used
    •    My Wrestling Room, Inc does not reimburse shipping    fees unless product is defective
    •    Custom products cannot be returned
    •    DVD's Videos and Books cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
    •    Returned products must have original receipt enclosed
    •    Any closeout or end of season sales are final

3.  How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 24 hours. You can expect most packages to be delivered within 4 – 8 business days. You have the option at check out to choose from a variety of UPS shipping options to shorten delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays by our carriers due to bad weather or other natural causes.

*No Saturday Deliveries-MyWrestlingRoom.com uses UPS for its shipping needs and as a result, we are unable to deliver to our customers on Saturday since UPS does not offer this service option. 

Orders placed on weekends will be processed immediately on Monday morning.
 

Once your order ships you will be notified by e-mail, including a tracking number. Our software allows you to track your order directly with UPS.

4.  What kind of discounts do you provide for teams or large orders?

We are very competitive and will deal directly with coaches or advocates who coordinate such packages.  In addition, we can financially support a youth or modified wrestling league of that person's preference.  

5.  Do you guarantee your merchandise?

All My Wrestling Room merchandise is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with proof of purchase. We will replace it or issue a refund.

6.  What if my wrestling shoes don't fit?

Adidas, ASICS, and Matman recommend adding a 1/2 size to your normal gym shoe size. Please notify us in 3 days of receiving your order that your shoes don't fit and we will exchange your merchandise for a more comfortable size. 

7.  Where do you ship products to?

We provide a very competitive service to all areas of the continental United States 

8.  How do you accept payment?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Checks or money orders need to clear the bank prior to releasing your order.
